Ryan Shapiro
President
Ryan Shapiro is the co-founder and president of PEOMG, a leading PEO and HR outsourcing consulting firm. With over 20 years of experience in human capital strategy, he helps businesses navigate HR, compliance, and benefits to find the right PEO partner for growth. Ryan is also the co-host of the PEO Speedwagon Podcast and frequent speaker on HR outsourcing and business strategy. His work emphasizes clarity, cultural alignment, and long-term success, ensuring clients maximize the value of their PEO partnerships. He is passionate about helping leaders turn HR into a driver of engagement, efficiency, and business growth.

Rachel McDougall
Executive Director
Rachel McDougall is the co-founder and CEO of PEOMG, where she combines her background in sales leadership and entrepreneurship to help businesses scale smarter. With nearly 20 years of experience building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and forging powerful partnerships, Rachel knows how to turn bold ideas into measurable results.
An active industry connector and advocate, she is passionate about elevating the PEO brokerage space and empowering business leaders to make confident, strategic decisions that drive lasting growth.

Fred Karamanol
Executive Director
Fred has spent the last 15 years in the HR outsourcing industry helping hundreds of clients manage risk and reduce costs. The last 12 years he spent at a nationwide publicly traded firm winning countless awards and building deep relationships. His passion to solve client problems became his calling and led him to create Kustom HR.
His vision to provide a higher standard of HR service allows him to be more impactful on the big issues his clients face. After work he loves spending time with his family, is an avid runner, and enjoys playing golf.

Shraga Jacobowitz

Shraga Jacobowitz is the founder and CEO of ARC PEO Consultants, where he helps small and mid-sized businesses simplify HR and scale through strategic PEO partnerships. With over 14 years of experience in insurance and HR outsourcing, Shraga has built one of the most trusted networks in the industry, partnering with more than 70 PEO providers nationwide.
A passionate advocate for small business owners, he is known for his creative, client-first approach and his commitment to delivering white-glove service that drives measurable impact. When he’s not helping clients grow, Shraga enjoys time with his wife and nine children at their home in New Jersey.

Jeff Wanner

Jeff Wanner is the founder and CEO of PairPEO, where he helps entrepreneurs navigate, evaluate, and negotiate PEO partnerships with clarity and confidence. After several years as a direct PEO rep, he launched PairPEO in 2019 to make a broader impact for the clients he serves. Since then, the firm has grown rapidly and earned recognition on the Charlotte Fast 50 list.
Jeff is a committed family man, husband, and father of three. When he’s not advising clients, he enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending quality time with his family.

Matt Butler

Matt Butler is the Chief Revenue Officer at PairPEO, where he helps small and mid-market businesses simplify HR, strengthen compliance, and reduce costs through strategic PEO partnerships. With nearly two decades of experience as a PEO client, award-winning sales leader, and now national broker, he has guided hundreds of companies in building people strategies that support scalable growth.
An active early-stage investor and LP in several venture funds, Matt understands how the right HR infrastructure drives enterprise value. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and proud father of three.
